Return Policy

At GAMINE, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you've had a change of heart or are dissatisfied with your order, our straightforward refund policy is designed to simplify the return process.

Eligibility for Refund:

1. Item Condition: To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

2. Return Period: You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund.

How to Request a Return:

1. Log in to your account at account.gamine.store

2. Select your order and choose the item(s) you’d like to return.

3. Click “Request Return.”

4. Receive confirmation: Once your request is approved, you’ll get an email with return instructions.

5. Courier Pickup: A courier will be arranged for pickup. 

6. Inspection: Once we receive the item(s), we’ll inspect them to ensure they meet return eligibility criteria.

7. Store Credit Issued: If your return is approved, you’ll receive store credit for the full item amount - the initial delivery fee. Only first return costs will be handled by us.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for a refund, including:

  • Sale Items: Items on sale are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Personalized or Customized Items: Products tailored to your specifications cannot be returned.
  • All Accessories

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. However, you can return items and place a new order.

Damaged Items:

If you receive the wrong item, a damaged, or defective product, please contact us. We'll arrange the collection of the order and ensure the correct or replacement product is redelivered to you at no cost.

Products are deemed damaged or defective if received in a damaged state or if a manufacturing fault occurs within one week of purchase. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered damaged or defective.
